When you fill out a quote request form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, project address, and a description of your project. This is the only information we actively ask for.
Like all websites, our server logs basic technical data: your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time of visit. We use this only for site security and aggregate performance monitoring — not to identify individual visitors.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only in these limited circumstances:

After a quote request:We confirm receipt by email or text, call you to schedule a walkthrough, and deliver your quote. After delivery, we make exactly one follow-up call. That's it.
No drip campaigns:We don't enroll you in automated email sequences or SMS blasts.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any text message or email us at support@redstagcc.com to be removed from all contact. We honor removal requests immediately.
Our website uses minimal, privacy-friendly analytics to understand aggregate traffic (pages visited, time on site, referral source). We do not use advertising pixels, behavioral retargeting, or cross-site tracking cookies.
We retain quote and project records for seven years to comply with CSLB contractor record-keeping requirements under California Business and Professions Code §7111. After that period, records are securely deleted unless a longer retention period is required by law.

We use HTTPS encryption on all form transmissions, restricted access controls on internal systems, and no storage of payment card data (payments handled by our financing partners or accepted by check on-site).
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact support@redstagcc.com and we will delete it promptly.
Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
